    JRR Polaris RZR Pro R M130 PNP Kit

    • This full standalone kit replaces the stock ECU and provides a powerful tuning solution. The M130 kit plugs right in to your Polaris RZR and includes a start up calibration customized to your setup
    • Complete integration with Polaris CAN bus - maintains full OE vehicle operation and dash functionality, including Dynamix suspension models
    • Full control of all engine parameters including fuel, timing, boost, launch, etc. with live tuning
    • Optional sub harness wiring can be added to the base kit, to customize for any application
    • Support for staged injection - run a second set of injectors for high power or alcohol fuels
    • Closed loop lambda control - using optional lambda sensor
    • Flex fuel control - adjust fuel, timing, boost, cold start and more based upon ethanol content
    • Launch control - trigger from brake switch, vehicle speed or add an external switch
    • 2-stage nitrous control - various parameters supplied to control nitrous systems including bottle heater relay control based on nitrous pressure
    • CO2/wastegate pressure control - controls a fill/bleed solenoid setup to control wastegate pressure

    Like anything, the MoTeC M1 requires knowledge and experience to gain the best results. While we are happy to answer technical questions, purchase of this M1 kit does not come with unlimited tuning support. We can quote tuning for your particular setup, refer you to someone in your area, or if you prefer to do it yourself (and lack the experience) then we can also quote training.

    JRR now offers a plug and play pressure sensor and accessory expansion loom for 2022+ Polaris Pro R models to be used with the JRR M130 PNP kit.

    This harness is pre-wired for oil pressure, fuel pressure, flex fuel, fan relay trigger and staged injection/spare outputs.

    The following lengths are standard. Minor length changes can be made at no extra charge. Custom versions can also be suppled - cost will depend on changes required.

    • Staged injection/spare output DTM: 8"
    • Relay trigger DTM: 16"
    • Flex fuel: 20"
    • Fuel pressure: 26"
    • Oil pressure: 46"

    Boost controllers on a factory naturally aspirated Pro R are not present, but with the addition of a turbocharger, a boost controller is added to electronically control boost pressures. JRR now offers a plug and play harness to connect the WSRD Boost Controller, which is an optional add-on, to the OE wiring loom in all 2022-2024 Polaris Pro R models.

    This boost solenoid will plug into the EVAP/purge valve wiring on the OE harness. This may also work with other standalone ECU brands, if they have an output linked to the EVAP/purge VSV wiring.

    Install Instructions:

    • Port 1: Vent (this port can just be vented to atmosphere)
    • Port 2: Wastegate (routed to the wastegate banjo or barb fitting)
    • Port 3: Boost Reference (can be routed to the banjo or barb fitting on the turbocharger compressor cover or a barb fitting port on the intake manifold)

    This ECU kit is for closed course competition vehicles only. It does not meet federal emissions requirements.
