    Choose a Application

    We are often asked asked what turbocharger upgrade package we recommend for our clients, and while we continue to work with TPR across the board on their Polaris products, we are happy to release our very own turbocharger solution and performance package for your Polaris RZR!

    Early development of these packages started with remote tuning solutions with our friends at TPR Industry, SneekySXS and D&M Racing. For over the last year, we have fine tune each of these packages even further with the end users utilizing our datalog processes, which is included in all of our big injector, and big turbocharger packages.

    Our Turbocharger Package(s) does include tune files to support 91, 93 & 98+ octane race gas and E85 fuel options!

    ~ Radiator fan activation temp lowered from ~200* F to ~175* F
    ~ Torque limits for L raised to 100%, reverse raised to 75%
    ~ Component protection mode for fueling lowered to increase torque and horsepower, especially right after the pedal is floored.
    ~ Ignition timing per cylinder is optimized for maximum power as well as drive-ability, careful consideration was used not only for when at wide open throttle, but as well as cruise, throttle transitions, ect.
    ~ Throttle feel and control is thoughtfully improved, to control through a whoop section, on/off feel in short course style racing or playing in the woods, eco mode is improved but offers the less aggressive pedal for technical rock sections or simply loading on a trailer.
    ~ Speed limits removed, your speed limit is your rev limiter/gear
    ~ Rev limiter raised to 9200 RPM
    ~ Rough road detection is raised to max to prevent power loss
    ~ Plus more!

    With the conversion to the TPR Water-Cooled Turbocharger on these models, we structure our tuning solutions for the XPT and Turbo S machines around Pro XP Stock Turbocharger Big Injector Tunes. Producing similar advertised horsepower, just more efficiently with the larger TPR Turbocharger.
